Built to be good, not big
Cast Holder Construction is a small, owner-run remodeling shop in South Orange County — the kind where the name on the license is the name on the job site.

A quarter-century of getting it right
Cast got his California contractor's license in 1999 and came up the honest way — on his knees, setting tile and stone. That C‑54 craftsmanship became the foundation for everything that followed: full kitchens, baths, and whole-home renovations as a licensed B (General Building) contractor.
Twenty-five-plus years later, the business is still deliberately small. Cast would rather run a handful of jobs well than chase volume — which is why most of his work still comes from past clients and the neighbors who saw what he did for them.

What you can count on
01 Straight answers
You'll get an honest read on scope, cost and timeline — including when something isn't worth doing. No upsell, no surprises buried in the contract.
02 One point of contact
The builder who quotes your project is the one who runs it. Questions go straight to Cast, not a call center or a rotating cast of subs.
03 Done right under the surface
Plumbing, electrical, waterproofing and structure done properly — so the finish you fell in love with still performs years down the line.
04 Clean, respectful job sites
It's your home, not just a project. Cast keeps the site orderly, communicates daily, and leaves it better than he found it.
